What if My Panes are Very Small?
Depending on how small, we will group 2-4 together for pricing. This video makes it easy to count your panes:

Do You Use Chemicals to Clean Windows?
No. We use biodegradable soap and water, so there’s no need to worry about harming your people, pets, or plants!

Along With Window Washing, What Other Services do You Provide?
We clean gutters and, when the owner informs us there’s a clog, clear your downspouts. Sweep or blow debris from your roof. Pressure-wash driveways, walkways, flagstone, brick, decks, fences, retaining walls, patios, outside structures, and houses. Clean skylights and solar panels. Seal decks and patios.  We’ll even hang your Christmas lights! (See our Pricing list for details.)

Can I Get a Weekend Appointment?
Yes! Call to arrange a weekend appointment. (However, discounts and coupons do not apply to weekend appointments.)

Do I Need to be Home?
No. If we are only cleaning outside elements, there’s no need to be home. And if you want your inside windows washed, you can leave a side or back door open for us, if you feel comfortable doing so.

Can I Have an Online Estimate?
Yes, you can!

What Type of Payment Methods Do You Accept?
Cash, check, or credit card (but any coupon or discount is lowered 5 percent when paying by credit card).

Do You Charge a Travel Fee?
Yes. We strive to keep our prices low but need to factor in the cost for fuel & travel time. Local customers are charged $20 per service call to avoid raising rates.

Are You Insured?
Yes. We carry Workman’s Comp & General Liability insurance to ensure our customers’ and workers’ safety while working on properties. In addition, we are fully licensed and hold an A+ Better Business Bureau rating!
